Welcome to the Northeast Ohio Investigations website. This site is designed to help you easily navigate through the list of services that we provide to enable you to identify what type of an investigation that best suits your needs. Our investigators have proven experience with tens of thousands of hours of investigating in both the criminal and civil arenas. Our investigators will work with you to analyze and identify all of the potential issues surrounding your referral. Once those issues have been identified, we will work with you to develop a plan to investigate that referral. Once our investigation is complete, you will be provided with a full report that will include a summary of, our investigation, statements of interviews completed, and the evidence collected and/or identified. Along with your report you will receive an itemized invoice that will include a breakdown of the hours billed in Quarter hour increments.

Some investigations will require a retainer fee, and any unused portions of that will be fully refunded when the investigation is complete. We will provide a written contract outlining the services to be provided, as well as any fees associated with the services. This written contract will provide a clause that includes a confidentiality agreement. We accept all major credit cards, as well as check or money orders.
